Equipment Servicing – FAQ

This page contains all the questions we are commonly asked about our equipment servicing at Mobility and Medical Cairns. If you can’t find the answer to your question then please contact us and we’ll be happy to help. Please click on any of the questions below to display the answer.

1.) Will you repair and service equipment at my home?

Yes one of our service technicians can visit you in your home to complete equipment service and/or repair. We also have a Drop in Service Centre – call in any time and we will look at your equipment and book in a repair or service.

2.) What if I didn’t buy the product from you?

One of our technicians will be happy to take a look at your product even if you didn’t purchase it from us originally. If we believe we can fix it, then we arrange a service session for you and will endeavour to fix the product. Because the product wasn’t originally purchased through us, we cannot make any guarantees that we can fix it, or guarantee any replacement parts, however, we will do our best to help you.
